PALACIO DE PENA, SINTRA

Very steep slopes in the forest, irregular cobble stones, stairs..many obstacles to arrive there walking, but the view and the castle are worth it!
Monastery in the 15th century for 200 years, then bought by lusitanian king for his residence.
Surely occupied by moors too, but can't remember all the details: my legs hurt so much, my brain slows down ;)
