I wasn't very successful on my spider hunt for #Arachtober after rain this morning. When I checked the various south-facing walls they were teeming with slugs and snails rather than arachnids. I snapped this pretty, tiny snail in the curl of a dogwood leaf and didn't intend to blip it but the weather was dull and damp all day and I didn't go out again with the camera.
