I am not one of those many so here is a dog sitting on a table of a pub.

I am currently having my internal yoga tussle. I could just lie on my bed and read my book. Or I could go to yoga but not for another hour by which point I know I definitely will not want to go out. But, but, but.

And there you have it. A fascinating insight to the inside of my head.
