Trail Bike Ride

Lazy morning and L got picked up by friend K and they headed off to a soft place venue just off the M8.

MrsT & I went to the shops for a browse then had lunch at Pizza Express.

Once L was back, we headed out for a 5km bike ride round the Murieston Trail (with an obligatory stop off at a park).

A day off from the gym so may make a start on my next Uni assignment.
