Easy Pickings

Out at the point this morning ('the point' sounds better than 'my halfway jog recovery spot') a lad was catching small bait fish in the shallows but had to nip back for a bigger bucket. I suspect he'd be casting his net again due to a mysterious lack of fish when he got back.
Struggling with a cold just now so was quite happy to take this break and watch the birds for a while.

We'd a pretty good sunset tonight and I took so many pictures I'm almost overcome with indecision but have posted one up as an Extra - just because I managed to catch a diving tern at the millionth attempt!
