A New Day

A day off today and the sun is shining. Thanks for all the kind blip and FB messages yesterday.

Went up the Ridge for a walk this afternoon in search of some autumnal colour in the trees. But no, either they are not that far on yet or the recent high wind has blown the wilting leaves away. I think the former. 

Later on I took mum for tea at the local garden centre. It would appear that Christmas is seeping in already!
