Clear water canal?

A morning out and about looking at improvements to be made to NCN 5 with volunteers and we ended up here on the Wyrley and Essington Canal that leads up to Chasewater. I think I have the canal name right but do correct me if I’m wrong.

More importantly look at how clear the canal is, I’ve never seen canal water that clear but it does have a downside, look at all the rubbish. We did see fish though despite all that rubbish.
