Plane soiling

It appeared that a fellow passenger travelling from Yambio to Juba had soiled him or herself, and the small airless cabin didn't make for a pleasant experience.

Our vehicles are getting wear and tear, even the Juba one which has fewer ordeals. I am less than interested in car maintenance having never owned a car or learnt many of the basics. For the project's sake it helps to show a passing interest so we went to the Toyota garage where a crotchety Filipino service manager gave us a quotation.

Yambio from the air is lush and green. The situation nationwide is desperate yet in this fertile corner people can at least feed themselves through subsistence farming. Talk of 'cultivation' and being at the 'garden' dominates all discussions in Yambio at the moment.
