Yikes! That Water Is Cold!

Well we finally had a shift in our weather away from the standard hot and humid to cool and breezy.
It actually went down to 12C overnight! What?!? I know, crazy.
Today I saw a guy wearing long pants and another that may have been wearing a jacket! Totally nuts I tell you!

So the freezing temps have already affected the area wildlife.
Here, a blue heron in the salt marsh carefully dips in a wing tip to check things out.

Yup, cold.

Of course it will be right back to 29-30C by Thur.

Hooray say the alligators!
