A windy morning and rain on and off all day. 
It didn't dampen our plans for a visit to Hawkshead then onto Wray Castle to meet up with friends of Pam, she has talked of them often, so it was nice to finally meet. They are holidaying near Lowes Water. We toured the fake castle and then sat chatting  in the cafe for quite a while whilst it rained outside.

I like the symmetry of the extras, and particularly the photo of pre google books
