Sign of the times

I've seen s few signs like this recently; with their faux quirky, wry humour which is so common that I suspect something like this was discussed at some marketing conference. It probably got a laugh, and a whole bunch of different people decided that it was just the sort of original, edgy and endearing message that would enable them to stand out from the crowd , and 'take my business to the next level'.

I laughed the first time I saw it but now I would prefer to take my chances with the bears.
