Sunbathing

After a few days warmth it was seasonally cooler today but blue-sky sunshine this morning.  A Red Admiral, fresh as a daisy, was fluttering around as I pottered in the garden, alighting for a while to sunbathe on the trellis.

Jamie is under the weather again with gut ache.  Another day in the slow lane after a disturbed late night.  My pottering furthered the tidying up in the garden, decluttered part of a wardrobe and cleaning the french doors in the kitchen radically improved the view of the garden.  A late visit to the new docs may have brought Jamie a little relief - we'll see.
