New Lanark job titles

Continuing our nostalgic trip today, a revisit of New Lanark, the beginning of community socialism and modern urban planning. What an idealist this Robert Owen must have been and how bad the workers' circumstances during the Industrial Revolution must have been if his innovative ideas still included little girls and boys working 10 hours per day 6 days a week if their parents had rather they worked than go to the New Lanark school (but children could go to school there until they were 12 and they also learned music and dancing).  This pink sign in the mill does the trick for Pink October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
