Mono Monday Movement

I didn't take many movement pictures today, but I did move around a lot.

A 3 mile walk with my buddy Doug, then I went and helped him put a roof on his in-laws house.

WHEW! I'm getting too old to be walking around on a roof dragging shingles here and there, but I hated to see him doing it by himself.

But, it is now 8 p.m., and my back is "talking" to me. Ooooohhh...to have my 25 year old back...back again.
