GOT IT SO WRONG!

Today for the first time,  I made lime marmalade.

Was disappointed when I cooked all the colour out of the limes - so I gave it a blast of blue & yellow food dyes - landing up with this dingy khaki colour!

The result tastes sublime, but it looks ghastly & I could have cooked the fruit for another hour because the rind is far too chewy.
