Fishing on the River Avon

Hopefully now in recovery from my bout of Flu?
  I thought I would take trip down to the river,and hopefully get a few lung fulls of fresh air!
  It was nice to get out in the fresh air and see my old haunt.
But I found out that maybe I am not as recovered as I thought?
   I managed to return to the car and just slumped there for an hour or so.
I never realised how my now 70 year old body can be so ravaged by something I would have ran off after 3-4 days?
  Its now been 3 weeks and I am still drained.Someone or thing has for the first ever.has taken my Mojo? And it's very strange to suddenly feel like an old man!!!!!
    But anyway I got my blip?
