Widows and bairns

Tried to walk to Eyemouth, but too rough underfoot heading down to the shore so called Mr Scottie5 for a rescue! Delicious lunch then short walk round the harbour. The sky changed colour rather alarmingly and we headed back.

This is a beautiful memorial to the 189 fishermen who lost their lives in the storm of October 1881.
