Toronto blues

Flew to Toronto today and arrived at hotel with 2 colleagues only to find the hotel had cancelled our booking but not told anyone. The city is pretty full with a big conference & marathon so there was nothing available. We spent four hours sorting it, and eventually got into the posh Fairmont.
