Thank God It's the weekend! It was my first week back in the Gym and my old bones are suffering I can tell you...

... To top it off I watched 'EastEnders' and that emotionally rung me thru' the mill
it was when Stacy's mum lay in the middle of the road saying 'I just want to sleep' what did it, I soooo identified with that... Boohhoo booohohohoooo ...so basically I am pulverised in every way possible...

Edit: the one bfeore was the right one but it was the wrong length I have totally lost the right sized one so have this one instead Good greif!
