Dawn

On a busy day of teaching, it's good to wake up to a peaceful scene like this. The brightness of the rising sun was softened by the rain, and inevitably a rainbow appeared behind me over the moor.

This is my first sunrise blip of the season - last year I started a day later on October 4th. I'm sure there'll be many more over the months ahead.
