Calm before the storm

I am standing looking out my 6th floor office window at the calm before the storm. My local radio has a phone in about who should have said what and when - effectively finding out who to blame even before there is a need to allocate blame! People are going about their business as normal on the face of things. Yet under the surface I am sure all are concerned about their homes and loved ones who may be in places more likely to be affected by the passing of Ophelia. There is another Belfast, however. That inhabited by the "underclass" made of of the invisible people - the homeless, the new communities, many living in cramped buildings, the old and frail who are vulnerable, those who live alone to name but a few. So, in the calm before the storm, ask yourself what you can do to ensure that the invisible become visible - even if it is just for today.
