Wall Garden...

This is an old (you can tell) house at Stewart Town at Bannockburn near Cromwell that we went walking on today. This is an old alluvial mining area and there is visual proof of the amazing amount of damage this did back then.
We went to see the poppies and thyme but it wasn’t quite at its best and was only just smellable. This was the lunch spot which was on top of the cliff in the extras pana.
In an unusual treat we found that it was possible to actually walk to the coffee place. Car owners had to go get the cars however and got there slightly before the rest while there was still peppermint slice available….for him….not ME.
