Fall Has Arrived

The weather has changed with the turning of the month and fall is officially here. I went for an adventure today and went looking for a placer claim site. I drove off into the wilderness on a fairly well maintained logging road. There were many bear poop piles on the road so I didn't plan on getting out of the car. I did find the spot I wanted to get to and I was pretty pleased I had managed it on my own. It is actually quite a beautiful spot with all the trees in the area starting to turn yellow and red. Glen and I plan to head out to it later next week to see if we can find any of the yellow stuff. Glen will carry the bear spray and possibly a gun just in case.
