Window

On my cycle home yesterday, I spotted an interesting photo op: a
carcass of some roadkill, bone white, drier than the desert winds.
Today, I was ready for it, so I slowed. I rolled up and found my
"carcass"...a weathered cornstalk. So much for that shot.

So when I got home, I found this little gal snoozing on a quilt in the
upstairs window. The kitties love the afternoon sun as it rushes
through these windows. For them, life is tough.
