CAKE!

Out with the CTC today, for a hilly 45 Miles. At the tea stop i mentioned that the ride leader had not included a famous local hill, spoke too soon that was after tea. Although for many the hills around here would be mere bumps, for us it was hilly. I still have my summer fitness so did not struggle at all.

At the tea stop the cake selection was not that fab so we bought a fruit cake in the shop and ate the lot! Oh wow we felt it afterwards.
