Tweed autumn colours

It was a grey day today so the autumn colours didn't look their best, but hey, I've blipped them anyway!

I walked about seven miles today - further than I've walked for at least a year, from Newtown St Boswells to Mertoun Bridge on the Borders Abbey Way and back on the other side of the river, along St Cuthbert's Way. It was good to be out, although as predicted it was a quick march and I didn't get as long as I wanted to look around - or take photos.
