UNO!

Well folks, this evening I am getting bits and bobs ready for my weekend in Havant (Huvnae for us Scottish). Should have been done by now but Erin required a cuddle so one was promptly supplied, now back at home to try and get as organised as possible.

Today's blip is the album I shall be listening to, it's the newest Green Day album and the first of a trilogy (Dos & Tres follow November & January). It is a complete departure from the last two politically themed albums... However listening to it present a band enjoying what they are doing, audibly so. It is a mixture of Green Day of old (Nimrod, Dookie) and their side project "Foxboro Hot Tubs" (who I suggest you look up on YouTube for a pleasant rock n roll surprise).

Can't wait to hear the next two albums and add them to this boxed set :)
