Magical Mystery...

...Pish!

Ok, maybe a little harsh. It was enjoyable and I'm glad the first time I saw it was on the big screen, however the documentaries either side were possibly better than the film itself.

Seemingly, at the time, many people found it too psychedelic and out there. But for me it wasn't far enough out!

Of course the music was great. The cameos were good, especially The Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band, who along with Blue Jay Way were my favourite parts of the film.

I would never usually find cause to knock The Beatles, but this foray into film wasn't the best. So for psychedelic pop films I will stop here.
