Monkey

CyclopsJnr wanted to climb a tree to the very top, just like a little monkey.  He was delighted when we found a tree we were prepared to let him get to the top of!

We hired a car today and went exploring.  We found the lovely little town of Sant Elm, with a beautiful bay and pleasant pedestrianised streets.  CyclopsJnr tried turning a ships steering wheel that was fastened to the podium outside a restaurant, but the whole thing was so unstable it collapsed on to him.  He was more scared than hurt - there was a china bowl which smashed noisily as the thing tipped over and landed on him!

Later we toured the north-west coast a little, enjoying the scenery, then back to Palmanova for an ice-cream and a play on the beach.
