Baaaaaaaa

Today was my first barre class. Exceptionally good in all the right places.  Never had my glutes switch on for such a long period of time!  But, my toe is aggravated so I was definitely going back until this afternoon when I realised what had done it.  Maybe there'll be an alternative I can do but much of it was up and down on your toes.  We'll see.

Lovely walk today watching the farmers collect the sheep up for tupping, I guess, but a month earlier than last year.  Funny hearing them on their mobile phones.  And listening to the farmer whose sheep dog waited for the right level of seriousness before 'come here' was obeyed! I did chuckle.
