Cosmic Sausages

Today was the annually Lincoln sausage festival so this morning I popped up to the castle grounds to take a few shots. Like last year plenty of stalls selling their sausage related products. There was entertainment on to keep the crowds entertained.It was so nice today the sun was out and it was a fairly warm day so plenty of people sat around enjoying the day. This shot shows a group of entertainers called the Cosmic Sausages. I have blipped them before a couple of years ago but really like this bright colourful shot and also the really strong shadows which i aimed to capture as I thought they are very effective .A few more of my shots can be seen HERE I have included an extra looking across at all the stall in the grounds 
A relaxing evening followed by a trip birding tomorrow so fingers crossed there will be something to photograph .
