Surprise!

It was my job to get Daisy up to her friend's house at 3 o'clock. Earlier in the week she had refused to go to watch a few dvds, she had a biology test to revise for and she didn't have time for such things. I got her there and 12 of her friends burst out of hiding with party poppers, it was simply a very lovely moment. They had made her a hamper of presents and balloons, a host of party games (including pass the parcel) and a party play list. They are a lovely bunch of kids and apparently they have had the best time in the planning. And Kardimomma, my lovely friend, made them pizzas and was the perfect party host. She is a lucky girl and can spend all day tomorrow on her revision!

And that big gold card is a wrapping paper key so she can see who bought what. See? Lovely kids.

PPS Other big news of the day, I have arranged the apps on my phone in colour order. Very pretty and highly satisfying.
