Laffrey - France

What a wonderful day driving through the Alps.
We are driving the Napoleon Route.
This is a classic route from the south of France to Grenoble that Napoleon Bonaparte marched in 1815 to make a claim to the French throne.
It has now become a truly amazing drive with the most stunning views.
We are driving from Aigle in Switzerland through Chamonix in France and picking the route up in Grenoble.
We are staying the night in Gap before we make our way to Nice tomorrow.
I'm having such a wonderful time with my two sisters and my daughter. It's been such a laugh so far with plenty songs being sung and coffees being drunk.
