Who notices this?

Today Rich and I went out at lunchtime in the rain to visit a bike shop and to find a blip. We managed to find two bike shops but were very restrained and did not buy anything. We then went in search of a blip. We noticed a building which had lovely iron work and while standing looking at it we noticed the wheel things in my blip. They are a pulley unit which was part of the equipment installed by the Edinburgh Northern Tramways company to carry the cables for cable tramcars operated from a depot on the site of the building from 1888 to 1920.

We had never noticed them before; it is amazing what you can see when you start to look a little.
