Filling the frame

After meeting with friends in the morning for  coffee, I went for a longer walk in the afternoon.  I crept into the hide but the slightest movement put up the birds.  Swordfish for dinner tonight and a minor celebration as Mrs TT has finally got her DBS police clearance to begin her volunteering role on the hospital psychiatric ward, seven months after first applying.  It seems a shame that the process takes so long when the NHS has a desperate need for additional help.
