Spot the difference!

Today we took little Archie dog (who is still with us on his hols) for a walk with another Archie dog!  This other Archie used to be called Barty and is the dog we fostered from the Dogs Trust last December/January.  Barty's (sorry - Archie's) forever mum and dad live close by so we thought it would be a fun for them both to meet.  They are so alike it's ridiculous other than Barty being a little bit bigger all round - he is the one at the back.  He has settled in really well with his forever mum and dad which is lovely to see.  The two dogs got on very well and at one point took off together across the cricket pitch at full pelt which was a joy to see.  Talk about 30 mile an hour couch potatoes!

Hopefully we will see Barty/Archie again and he will be able to meet any more Dogs Trust dogs we foster in the near future. 

Meanwhile, Archie's mum comes back from her holiday on Wednesday so he will be going home.   We'll miss him a lot. - he's a joy to have as a house guest!
