Bright and Beautiful....

Maisie and I went walking a little later than usual this morning. The sun was shining brightly which meant the Californian Poppies were all fully open and drinking up the Spring warmth. There were lots of folk out and about and dogs in and out of the river playing water games.
Our traveling family members phoned from the UK this morning. They had returned to Wales from Scotland. They had a great time in Scotland getting to know long lost cousins from my side of the family.... McMahons. Margaret said our cousins gave them a wonderful time and made them feel so welcome.
