Art journaling with plants!

For the next page in my journal, I started with a subtle background created from special Distress Oxide Inkpads, which react with water. I wanted something that would not obscure the background too much and thought nature printing would be just the ticket!

I went out to my weed filled garden (must tend to that soon) and picked basil leaves and flowering chives! I brushed paint on, covered with paper and pressed!
