It's started .....

Our exploring grandson ..... having just made our home grandchild friendly, he is now further on the move and looking to explore! :)

Last day at work today before a short holiday, much needed. Life has been pretty hectic since around August with either work, testing, hobbies or family life have kept me busy. Sorry blip family, I haven't intentionally forgotten you, and I promise I will be back to hug you all soon :)

Not a nice end to the day - our son-in-laws van is parked on our driveway, and has been since if broke down in July (on their way back to Germany). Today he received a letter from the DVLA, with a fine of £150 saying his vehicle is not taxed. It isn't on the road! He has repaired the van now and going through the many hoops to get it taxed (registered over in Germany) - DVLA say one thing, HM export/custom say something else. We can only surmise that a "friendly" person doing their "community duty" contacted officials to inform of the situation. To say we are cross is an understatement !!!
