Recycled door

This is the door in our living room. The man who built this house was a real hoarder and recycler. He got some lovely old doors from a neighbouring estate house that was being renovated. This door is huge and very solid. When we moved here and renovated the house I spent a lot of time giving this door some TLC as it had been painted white on one side and had been boarded over in some places. The detail in the glass is really lovely. Do like a bit of oldness!
