N picked up her new reading glasses only to find that she couldn't read with them.  Now..... she could read before, so it must be the glasses!  The focal length seems all wrong.  So, back to the opticians; she'll have to wait another week while they try to correct them.  I got new tyres fitted at a certain fast fitting centre.  On the way back, the tyre pressure sensor light came on, telling me to check pressures and reset.  Easy enough as I had swung by my friendly garage to have them check why the new brakes that they had fitted were rubbing against the wheel.  Turned out just to be  thick foil label that was curling up and peeling off, so that was easily fixed and the tyre pressure monitor just need resetting.  The pic?  Instead of sitting in the waiting room for half an hour until the new tyres were fitted I took a walk around nearby leafy streets.
