It was the meaning I should take a picture of a tree in autumn colors at the backside of the hospital where I am working, but when I saw this tree sparrow sitting very close to the window I changed my mind.
This tree sparrow was sitting here a rather long time and he/she even came back after a while.
Maybe the bird was hurt and wanted to visit a doctor?
