Unforgiven

I may have recovered from yesterday's disaster but I still can't quite forgive.  To make things worse, there's a new carpet in the front room, and SHE insists on carrying me through, instead of letting me run on all four paws.

SHE said, and I can't hardly expect you to believe this, SHE said she doesn't trust me.  What sort of a Mistress doesn't trust her dog?  After all I've done for her.  I helped her through the Mishy grief, I have been her constant companion; I sit by her side ALL the time.  And she doesn't trust me.

Humpfffff.
