Yeah!!!! I It love when a plan comes together!

I have had an offer on my house, and I accepted it.  The buyers will start the process to get qualified for a mortgage and do the inspections, etc. on the house so we can close the deal.   Nothing is for sure, sometimes thing happen during this process, but I have my fingers crossed that all will proceed smoothly.
   Tomorrow, late in the afternoon, I will close, or sign all the papers for my new villa.  I will get the keys, garage openers, etc on Saturday.  Sunday is Bonsai and Mon is the beginning of moving.
