Mail Call

A beautiful day so we took a long walk and passed these mailboxes but very few people. We saw an amazing sight. As we were passing by a part of the river we saw some movement and I thought I saw white heads flying away. I wondered if they were turkeys but they turned out to be a convocation of eagles (isn't that a great term!) feeding on a deer carcass. We waited for them to come back but only one did. He was much too far away for a picture but I can picture him in my mind.
