Auntie Joan an Uncle John

A breezy day, and showers this morning.  It cleared up, and a lovely sunny afternoon.  Showers have come in again this evening.

I had a busy night in the pub and up early for work today.  I was on the museum desk this morning, and a quiet shift.  I was in the office this afternoon, working with some photo orders, but still my pc isn't working!  After tea, I popped down to mam's, along uncle Leonard and cousin Leona, and then along aunt Joan and uncle John.  Plenty of cuppas have been had all night!  Time for telly now :)

It's always great to see auntie Joan and uncle John, and welcomed with a cuppa and a bannock.  Many a happy day/weekend was spent staying with them as a bairn, and I was always well looked to.  I was asking uncle John if he would help me brush up on my peat casting skills next spring.  Aunt Joan is my dad's older sister, and very much a key family member.  Having three aunt Joans, it can get confusing.  Taken at their home, Laxdale Road, Cunningsburgh.
