I must admit to feeling lethargic, and it's early in the winter for this.  In case any fellow blippers are in the same boat this article suggests some ideas to ward it off:

*  Brighten up your interior decor - increase lighting, LED lamps are best,   go for white walls and bright cushions.
*  Use a Light Box to simulate natural light.
*  Social interaction, seeing friends, volunteering helps.
*  Keep Fit and stay active.
 * Keep carbs down and eat oily fish.
* Get fresh air.
* Do some early spring cleaning (not sure about this one!).
* If depressed, get help.
