The verdant River Ver

I had planned to go home today but have spent another day here at St Albans. My son and baby granddaughter went to a petting zoo. I was invited to go but thought that it was nice for friends to be together without mother tagging along!
I had a walk along the river Ver which is by their house. It was a lovely sunny day and just right for walk and is always good for seeing birds. As I often blip birds, today's photo is of the river.
