An evening with David

On a visit to the Brewery arts centre in Kendal I saw a poster advertising An Evening with David Starkey. I love his historic series on channel 4, so tickets booked. Friends Si and Liz joined us.
When I went to collect tickets, I saw David and went over to say hello and tell him how much I was looking forward to hearing him. He came to Kendal and was the speaker at my youngest's school prize giving, as he went to the same school. Couldn't resist asking for a selfie ;).
A very enjoyable evening.
