A Survivor

It was a perfect fall day today, 70 F and sunny with a few clouds and a mild breeze.  I was so happy to see this Praying Mantis because we had a hard freeze after the snow.  It must have found a cozy shelter somewhere and was still here to enjoy the beautiful weather.  I'm also happy that the wind and snow didn't knock down all of the pretty leaves and the colors are really stunning!  Many thanks to Cailleach for continuing to host Wild Wednesdays!
